Lauren Embree

bio

And that’s exactly what she does.  Forgotten treasures of the past set the scene in every piece of Lauren Embree Jewelry.  Stunning gemstones & natural elements breathe new life into vintage & antique components to create eco friendly, modern jewelry with timeless classic style.

Sustainability is a big part of that story, as well. Lauren’s one of a kind creations are the coalescence of her external visual aesthetic and her internal values.  From a young age, she was enamoured with the creative spirit and immersed herself in the artistic community, volunteering for several local galleries & arts organizations.  Upon moving to Fayetteville, Arkansas in 2003, her love of nature led her to a passion for promoting an environmentally friendly, sustainable lifestyle.

These two passions were combined when Lauren began experimenting with jewelry design, fashioning original pieces for herself & friends from her great grandmother’s vintage jewelry collection.  As friendly compliments for her style turned into fevered requests for her work, the story of Lauren Embree Jewelry began.

Since then, people everywhere have fallen in love with Lauren Embree Jewelry and her story.  Lauren’s designs have been featured in several publications around the world, most notably Martha Stewart’s Whole Living magazine & New Zealand’s EcoLuxe magazine.  In August 2010, she fulfilled a request from none other than Vogue magazine for jewelry to be used in a photo shoot in New York City.
